This workout shows Niki working her lower body using the 2nd segment of Workout 2 of week 2 of ConikiXXX.
In this part of Week 2 Workout 2 there are 3 exercises. We start off with Forward/Backward Lunges RHS x 6 reps, LHS x 6 reps. then Knee to elbow Abs x 12 reps and One Leg Up Push Box Abs x 12 reps. These are superset with finger touch squat/lunges in Part 1 of Workout 2, Week 2 for 3 rounds.
