Ok, now that you've watched the tutorial it's time to go through the workout because once you hit play the workout begins in real time which means you do it with us and we do it with you, cool eh ?
There are 5 exercises in total with the last one duplicated to do each side. Each exercise last 40 seconds and then you just move onto the next exercise without delay. Once all 5 exercises are completed you have officially finished one set, but wait there's more, there are a total of 4 sets which do do back to back.
