This is by far the greatest challenge of my life and the world is my witness, OH MY GOSH ! I am nearing the end of week 1 and about to start week 2. It's not really that hard and no different from normal life apart from healthy eating and 20 minutes of exercise each day. Now that's not too much to ask, is it ?
Todays workout is 20 minutes long and consists of 5 exercises. 4 exercises are done for 50 seconds duration with 10 seconds rest to move onto the other exercise. Exercise 5, the Prone Booty Curl, is done for 20 reps on each leg. Repeat the 5 exercises for a total of 3 rounds without any rest between rounds.
The exercises are:
1. Face Down Get Ups - do for 50 seconds
you have 10 seconds to move onto next exercise
2. Palm Up Boxers Skip - do for 50 seconds
you have 10 seconds to move onto next exercise
3. Face Up Get Ups - do for 50 seconds
you have 10 seconds to move onto next exercise
4. Palm Up Boxers Skip - do for 50 seconds
you have 10 seconds to move onto next exercise
5. Prone Booty Curls - do 20 reps on each leg
you have 10 seconds to move onto next exercise and repeat for a total of 3 rounds.

Your goal is to be consistent, do the best you can with whatever you've got for the duration of each exercise for each set until you are finished. Keep it up and before you know it a week would have passed, then a month, and then it's summer and you are the best you can be.
