This routine should be done everyday for one week. If you maintain excellent form and constantly work on your technique whilst keeping the INTENSITY up during your workout, you'll get great results.

This WORKOUT consists of 3 exercises starting with

 

Exercise 1 - Barbell Incline Bench Press x 10 reps @ 22.5kgs/49.5lbs , do 3 sets with 60 seconds rest between.

Exercise 2 - Barbell Incline ONE ARM Bench Press x 5 reps per arm @ 15kgs/33lbs, do 3 sets with no rest @ 3 seconds down 1 second up.

Exercise 3 - V-Bar Row x 8 full reps / 8 top half / 8 bottom half / 8 full reps @ 12 plates 60kgs/132lbs, do 3 sets with 60 seconds rest between sets.

 

REPEAT WORKOUT EVERY DAY FOR 1 WEEK
