This workout shows Niki working her lower body using the 1st segment of Workout 2 of week 2 of ConikiXXX.
Utilising the ConikiXXX approved FINGER TOUCH HEEL UP SQUATS and FINGER TOUCH ONE LEG SQUAT LUNGE we start with 24 FINGER TOUCH HEEL UP SQUATS followed by 6 FINGER TOUCH ONE LEG SQUAT LUNGE LHS and then 6 FINGER TOUCH ONE LEG SQUAT LUNGE RHS. We superset these with Forward/Backward Lunges, Knee to Elbow Abs and One Leg Up Push Box Abs for 3 rounds.
